Association of Educational Office Professionals (AEOP)

The JSU Association of Educational Office Professionals was reorganized in 1975 as a professional organization to:

1) elevate the standards of all office personnel;
2) motivate and nurture attitudes of loyalty and dedication to the Institution;
3) unite the efforts of office personnel, faculty, staff, and administrators to interpret and adhere to the Institution's policies and procedures;
4) provide opportunities for growth and development of skills through in-service training programs.

The JSU Association of Educational Office Professionals is affiliated with the Mississippi Association of Educational Office Professionals. It has had five secretaries to receive their Professional Standards Certificate (PSP) and two to receive the Certified Educational Office Employee (CEOE) Certificate at the national level.

Annual Membership Dues: $15.00
JSU AEOP membership year runs from July 1, through June 30th of the following year.
